Due to the high demand for fresh produce and online orders recently, we have been receiving a lot of calls, emails and messages with a few questions we would like to share with you all to assist with 80% of enquires we have.
What is the cut-off time for next day processing?
Our current cut off for orders to be processed next day is Mon - Fri 5pm AEST. Any orders made after 5pm Friday to Saturday / Sunday are processed / shipped the Monday (GC Only)
What if I haven't received my order after the expected date/time?
In this high demand time of need, please be patient! We are processing all orders as quick as a possible and expect to have your order out from 24-48 hours. In the case you haven't received your order within this time, please email and our team will be in touch with an update.
What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
We will leave in a safe place at your property in the shade in a styrofoam box with icepacks which ensures freshness for up to 24hrs.
How do I know when the order is coming?
Once your delivery leaves our warehouse, Our delivery team start route on our delivery system which notifies you it's on its way!
Are you currently delivering after hours?
Deliveries may be as late as 6pm as we want to ensure everyone receives their order ASAP. If this is a problem, we would advise leaving a note on your order form and we can make prior arrangements.
How long do your products last in the fridge?
All cryovaced steak cuts and ribs are recommended best before 2 weeks. All other products are recommended best before 3-4 days (mince, sausages, beef patties, chicken). Although, please refer to the Best Before date on the packaging and contact us if you have any issues.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, 90% of CV Beefs products are gluten-free.

Can I freeze your products?
We recommend consuming all products fresh, although upon personal preference, all products can be frozen and defrosted when desired.
What if I have special instructions for delivery?
If you are located in a complex or live up a confusing driveway or area, please leave a note in the 'Notes' section of your checkout so our team can see your request.
