Taken from the rib cage that extends out and beyond the Rib Eye, the Rib on the Bone are highly marbled, flavourful cuts with the perfect amount of fat and meat. They can be marinated to be slow cooked or PERFECT fried on the BBQ then oven baked to cook right through.
