If your not satisfied with your meat for any reason, we will re-supply your order free of charge and if you are still not satisfied for any reason, we will supply a full refund.
Our orders team receives your order and transfers to our warehouse team who carefully pack your order into their assigned packing boxes and transport in our cold truck and deliver to your door.
If you are not home, we will leave your order in our icey cold, styrofome box with icepacks in a safe place.
If you want to recycle the box and icepacks, leave them out on your next delivery to hand back to the driver to santise and re-use.
Delivery times vary from 7am - 6pm Monday - Saturday.
Order cut off for next day delivery regions (GC) is 5pm.
Order cut off for next day processing for all regions is 5pm.
Brisbane deliveries are 3 days week.
NSW deliveries are every Friday.

Food Safety
Refrigerate fresh chicken immediately and keep under 5°C. Frozen chicken should be maintained under -15°C. Thaw frozen chicken in the fridge or microwave. Once thawed it cannot be re-frozen unless it is cooked then frozen. Wash hands thoroughly before and after handling chicken products. Always store separately and use different utensils (chopping boards, knives, etc.) when preparing raw chicken and other products such as cooked products or fruit and vegetables that may not need further cooking. Chicken must always be cooked thoroughly or well done. The juice should run clear with no pink tinges. It should be 75°C in the thickest part. If you need to keep the cooked chicken hot it should be kept at 60°C. If you need to cool or store cooked chicken, place it in the fridge as soon as the steam has evaporated. It should be used within two days.
Chicken breast has to be cooked right to avoid under-cooking. The best way is to tenderise the meat, season, fry on a pre-heated fry pan with olive oil, cook for 1 minute each side, cover for 10 minutes and keep pan on medium heat. Let rest for 5 minutes.
