Brisket Bones p/kg
Another one for the dogs!
Brisket bones are a valuable source of rich calcium. Brisket bones are a soft beef bone, making them the perfect all round treat. The constant crunching/ gnawing exercise acts as a natural toothbrush, which is excellent for oral health. If you are concerned about your dog's teeth then it is a great alternative to big bones.
Meaty soup and brisket bones make for a delicious beef broth when cooked right. Place bones in a single layer roasting pan and drizzle with olive and/or coconut oil. Roast for 30 minutes on 200°C, flip all bones over and cook for a further 30 minutes. Once cooked, place the bones into a stockpot or slow cooker, fill with enough water to cover the bones and any other stock ingredients you wish to add such as herbs and vegetables and bring to boil. Once brought to boil, reduce heat and let simmer on low for 12-24 hours.
